Services

Individual Counselling

(Online)

Responding to the individual needs and circumstances of each client is central to my approach. Working together with you to understand the causes of current challenges and difficulties, and to move towards finding a way forward is at the heart of the work I do as a therapist.

Some areas I can help individual clients with: relationship difficulties, compulsive sexual behaviours (including problematic use of pornography), anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement.

Fees for individual online counselling via Zoom: £65

Couples Therapy

(Online)

The decision to seek couple therapy can result from a sudden crisis in your relationship but also as a way of making sense of longer-term feelings of uncertainty or unhappiness. Taking a balanced and non-judgemental approach I work to understand areas of conflict and difference and support ongoing communication with couples.

Some areas I have experience of working together with couples on: lack of communication, conflict and anger, infidelity and betrayal, commitment, loss of desire and intimacy.

Fees for couple online therapy via Zoom: £85

Training and Group Facilitation

I am experienced with group training and facilitation, working with corporate

clients, charities and universities to deliver engaging, inclusive and energising group learning activities.

Groups can be powerful! I love bringing my skills and creativity to support collaboration and growth. Having achieved Fellowship status from Advance HE, in recognition of my professional practice in teaching and learning, I've built on my work with groups to offer a range of training and facilitation sessions.
